Draft engineering performance standards
were developed by EPA and released to the public on May 14, 2003 for a
60-day review and comment period. Comments submitted to EPA during the
public comment period, and EPA's responses to those comments, are contained
in the left column of the table below. Cover letters transmitting EPA's
responses to the commenters are contained in the right column of the table.
