Announcements
On April 21, 2016, EPA published a notice to approve the Multi-point Ground Flare (MPGF) Alternative Means of Emission Limitation (AMEL) request from Occidental Chemical under Sections 111 (h)(3) and 112 (h)(3) of the Clean Air Act. This notice also finalized a framework for streamlining future MPGF AMEL requests. See the table below for the action.
