We'll end this course by simply saying that the ethics regulations that you must follow before you leave are probably worse than you thought and those after you leave are probably not as bad as you thought.
Remember, before you leave federal service, you are still a Government employee. After you leave, you'll always be an EPA "alumnus" and the entire OGC ethics team will be around to help you with your post-employment questions.
