Does the municipal solid waste (MSW) landfill generate methane (CH4) equal to 25,000 metric tons of CO2e or more per year?
Instructions. You can estimate emissions by using the methodology provided by Subpart HH. - Municipal Solid Waste Landfills Section 98.343 and then indicate your response. Alternatively, you can use the MSW landfill assessment utility linked below.

This utility will assist you in assessing whether your facility is subject to the reporting rule, based on the age of the landfill and either landfill capacity or quantity of waste in place.
