The flow rates for the baghouse outlet were assumed to be the same as the flow rates for the stack. The inlet flow reates were determined by 3-D traverses; the flow rates for the stack were determined by pitot traverses. The inlet and outlet O2 and CO2 data presented were obtained using EPA Method 3A, while Method 3 was used for the stack O2 and CO2 determination. |
