EPA Employees on IPAs

This section is specifically for EPA employees going on an IPA assignment to a non-Federal organization. (If you got here by mistake and you're an employee of a non-Federal entity click here and you'll be taken to the section of the course specifically for you.)

Let's start with the bottom line: Even though you are on an IPA assignment to a non-Federal organization, YOU ARE STILL A FEDERAL EMPLOYEE.

This means that you are covered by the same ethics rules and regulations that covered you before you went on your IPA assignment. You are also still covered by EPA's supplemental ethics regulations (more on that later).
