This course has been specifically designed for two sets of employees on assignment under the Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA):

EPA Employees who are currently on an IPA assignment to a non-federal entity
Employees of other non-federal entities who are on an IPA assignment to EPA

There are ethical concepts common to both sets of employees and issues that are specific to each set. In order to accommodate everyone, this course has been split into two tracks and you'll have the option of taking either one. More on that later.
