Abstract

This report presents recommendations on implementing an ambient air quality monitoring network for the cities of Ciudad Acuña and Piedras Negras in the State of Coahuila, Mexico based on existing ambient air quality monitoring equipment, emission sources potentially affecting these cities, and the human resources needed to operate and maintain the network. This CICA project resulted from a request from the State of Coahuila, Mexico.
