PKZIP.EXE has been used to store the TSAR system in several compressed files:

 TSARMEM.ZIP
 TSAREXE.ZIP
 TSARDATA.ZIP

The FOXDX25B.ESL file contained in TSARMEM.ZIP is required only if you 
intend to execute TSAR in expanded memory.

After downloading the *.ZIP files use PKUNZIP.EXE to extract the
TSAR files into a directory of your choice.  The command to start the 
program is, TSAR.

Although TSAR is a DOS based program you may attempt to run it from Windows.
An icon file, TSAR.ICO has been provided.  If you decide to run TSAR from
Windows and encounter problems, exit to DOS and restart it there.
