ACAUserGuide.pdf -- the ACA User Guide in Adobe Acrobat format. ================== The ACA User Guide ================== The ACA User Guide is available in Adobe Acrobat format (ACAUserGuide.pdf) as well in HTML format. The Adobe Acrobat version is available on the ACA distribution CD as well as on the Internet, while the HTML version is only available on the Internet. Both formats can be found on the Internet at: . ================= Installing the ACA ================= The ACA is distributed as one compressed executable file aca.exe. To install the ACA to your computer's hard disk, run aca.exe from a temporary directory on the hard disk or directly from the CD. The installation program asks for a destination directory as shown in the figure below. In most cases, you will want to select the default choice, c:\aca, however, you may select any location or drive. Click the Unzip button and all the necessary files will be expanded into the selected directory, which will contain the following sub-directories: images -- this directory contains the image files required for the help menus inputs -- this directory contains sample ACA input files =============== Running the ACA =============== Execute the file c:\aca\exlgui.exe to start the ACA program.
