Air Plan Actions include federal action on state implementation plans (SIPs) to make them federally enforceable. SIPs may contain rules or regulations that control pollution from stationary, area, or mobile sources.

Adequacy Review of SIP Submissions for Conformity

In EPA's adequacy review, the Agency determines whether the motor vehicle emissions budgets in the State Implementation Plan (SIP) are adequate for conformity purposes.
