Site Updates

November 2014

The Indiana Harbor Ship Canal dredging project is off for the winter. The USACE will resume dredging the navigational channel in March of 2014. In the mean time, US EPA is negotiating an AOC with Atlantic Richfield Corporation to investigate oil releases to the Lake George Branch of the canal near the disposal facility. That investigation should start in the Spring.
