Currently a site investigation is underway.
The Facility is located on approximately 5 acres of land located adjacent to the Schuylkill River in Phoenixville, Schuylkill Township, Chester County Pa. The surrounding Land use is primarily residential with a large industrial area located to the Northeast of the facility. The facility property is within the floodway and 100-year floodplain of Schuylkill River. There are 14 buildings located on site.In 1920 the property was owned by American Lacquers and Solvents. In 1960 there name was changed to American Inks and Coating Corporation (AIC). AIC manufactured solvent and water based printing inks until 2006. In 2006 Delaware Valley Properties bought AIC
