– December 14, 2009
– March 2011 for deferred area identified in February 2011 Federal Register notice.
SIPs Due 3 years after effective date of designations
– December 14, 2012
– March 2014 for deferred area identified in February 2011 Federal Register notice.
Attainment Date No later than 5 years after effective date of designations
