EPA has requested that states and tribes submit recommendations to EPA for PM2.5 attainment and nonattainment areas by February 15, 2004. EPA responded to state and tribal recommendations on April 28 and 29, 2004, and designations will be finalized by the end of 2004. State recommendations and EPA response letters are presented below. Tribal information is available on the Tribal Recommendations page. |
