Congratulations! You've reached the last part of this course.

In this course, we learned about some of the ethical ramifications of being on an IPA assignment. Many of these rules and regulations are quite complex and no single course can ever give you all the information you need.

So, let's start with repeating the bottom line. YOU ARE A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE. It doesn't matter if you're from EPA on an IPA assignment to a non-Federal organization or from an non-Federal organization on an IPA assignment to EPA. The same rules and regulations that apply to every Government employee apply to you.

Let's face it, it's certainly possible that you are going to find yourself in a situation where you are going to have questions concerning the ethical "right thing to do."
