P We are loosing sound on a fairly regular basis and now are hardly hearing it at all. Our internet speed is 100mbps. Most slides are not completely downloading as if the connection speed was slow, but it is not.

P Is anybody else having technical problems? I didn't see video though I had the program uploaded yesterday and the presentation has stopped at least five times since they said Explorer encountered a problem and it shuts down so I have to reload the presentation.
