On May 10, 2012, EPA withdrew the Direct Final Revisions Rule (77 FR 10342, February 21, 2012). EPA issued a parallel proposal (77 FR 10350, February 21, 2012) along with the direct final rule proposing the same revisions and finalized this June Revisions Rule on June 5, 2012.
