Project Objectives
After the emergency abatement actions had successfully reduced NAPL seepage and vapor intrusion into the first residence, the regulatory agency requested completion of the following tasks:
- Define the present extent of contamination so that additional residential impacts could be systematically evaluated, and
- Determine the migration route and ultimate fate of the dissolved constituents, which would not be captured by the IRM, using predictive techniques.
