Air Pollution Training Institute (APTI)
EPA has transferred the classroom and self-instructional training functions of the Air Pollution Training Institute (APTI) website (www.epa.gov/apti) to APTI-Learn (www.apti-learn.net) - the new APTI learning management system. Just like the original web site, the new APTI-Learn web site maintains a calendar of courses, webinars, and training events, and allows you to take self-instructional (web-based) courses. In addition the new web site lets you:
- Register for classroom courses and webinars directly online
- Access and download your APTI training record
- Print course completion certificates
- Submit evaluations of courses and instructors
- Receive course recommendations based on your specific job functions
Note: Videos on Demand are still available on this web site at this time. They will eventually be transferred to the APTI-Learn website.
New Users: If you were never a registered user of the original APTI website (meaning you do not have a PIN), you will need to establish a new user profile.
Previous Users: If you have a PIN for the original APTI website, your learner account has been transferred to APTI-Learn. Your PIN no longer works; you will need to set up a user name and password. Use your email address as your user name, and “epa1234567” as your initial password. You can change your password to one of your own choosing when setting up your user profile.
Learner registration on this website (the old APTI) is now closed.
