The source has a high moisture content and the sampling media was difficult to remove from the sample container. The problem was identified to be the use of methanol to rinse the container. This rinsing procedure was allowed under the current method. A new procedure has been developed and evaluated that allows the sample to be removed from the container without use of methanol and also explains the proper procedure for removal of water from the sample. This new procedure is given in this paper.
