U.S.-Mexico Border List Servers

There are two primary list servers that provide for the exchange of environmental information along the U.S.-Mexico border.   Basically you subscribe to the list server and messages posted by other subscribers are automatically e-mailed to you.  You can also post your own messages to other list server subscribers.  The following provides basic information about each list server, including how to subscribe, unsubscribe and send messages.  Just select the list server in which you are interested.

This information is provided as a convenience to CICA Web users.   If you need additional information about a particular list server, please contact the provider directly.

  • U.S.-Mexico Border list server - sponsored by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA)
  • BECCNET - sponsored by the Border Environment Cooperation Commission (BECC) and the North American Development Bank (NADBank). BECCNET is managed by the Udall Center for Public Policy Studies at the University of Arizona.
