Hudson River Natural Resource Damage Assessment

The Trustees of the Hudson River -- the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the United States Department of the Interior -- are conducting (under Superfund law) a Natural Resources Damage Assessment (NRDA) of the Hudson River.  EPA is not a trustee, and is not directly involved in the NRDA process.
