Challenge Update Schedule

October 26, 2015
January 25, 2016
April 25, 2016

Throughout the 2015-2016 academic year, EPA's Green Power Partnership will track the collegiate athletic conferences with the highest combined green power usage in the nation. The Green Power Challenge is open to all U.S. colleges, universities, and conferences. Interested in joining the Challenge? Check out our Join Us page for more information.

In the spring of 2016, EPA will conclude the Green Power Challenge and recognize a Champion Green Power Conference as well as the largest single green power users within each participating conference as 2015-2016 EPA Green Power Challenge conference champions. To be listed, a conference must have at least one Green Power Partner and an aggregate green power purchase of at least 10,000,000 kilowatt-hours across the conference.

This list is current as of January 6, 2016. This is the second update to the 2015-2016 College & University Green Power Challenge.
