Lists (and Bullets), Template 4

Note: EPA no longer updates this information, but it may be useful as a reference or resource.

EPA builds all web content in the Drupal WebCMS as of January 2013. All new microsites and resource directories will be created using Drupal WebCMS. There is still content on EPA's legacy servers and this content will be maintained there until it is transformed and moved into the Drupal WebCMS. This information on styles and look and feel only applies to the existing content using Template 4 or older versions of EPA's template. Information for building new content is found in the EPA Web Guide.

Note: These styles apply to Template 4 pages.

Note that these bullets are automatic. Simply create an unordered or ordered list. There's nothing more to do. See the Bullet Standard.

  • Use a nicer bullet
    • Sub-item
    • Another sub
  • Provides 0px of margin-top between list items
    1. Numbered subitem
  • List item

Just a paragraph of text to show spacing between text and list.

  1. How about some numbered lists?
  2. This is list item #2
    • There's a sublist for item #2
  3. But not for #3
  4. Maybe you want different bullets:
    1. Like this.
    2. And this.

If you have a long list of links, you can use a local style to space the links apart and enhance readability.

More on basic HTML markup. See especially the section about lists.
